Import-Export, International
Some countries require some sort of “consideration” in order for a contract to be valid and binding. Others require registration of a certain contracts, and other formalities, which are, as a whole, not required by the Israeli Law. These differences between jurisdictions can cause legal problems, which may be costly to settle.

Many businesses sign confidentiality agreements, as a matter of routine - without taking into account that they are limiting themselves and complication their possibilities to enter freely into ventures with other parties. In some circumstances there is no reason to enter into an NDA, and you should actually consider requiring to other party to declare that the information he transfers is public!

Labor
CEOs, branch managers and even accountants in corporations are exposed today, more than ever, to criminal proceedings for violating Israeli labor laws. This - in addition to the fines imposed on the corporations and lawsuits filed by employees.
Failure to provide an employee with a pay check is such an offense, for example. Other offences can include: failure to provide an employee with the required "Notice of Basic Employment Terms" as well as payment of wages which are lower than the Minimum Wage.
But more importantly: the fact that a CEO was unaware of the violation - will not help him: If such a CEO fails to prove, that he of she took "reasonable measures" to prevent the mentioned offence – they may be prosecuted and convicted.
